About The Role
We are seeking a passionate UX Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital products by applying user-centered design principles. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to prototyping and usability testing. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will help translate complex user needs into simple, effective, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and competitor audits to gather insights.
- Translate research findings into personas, customer journeys, and user needs to inform design decisions.
- Identify usability issues and propose measurable improvements to enhance user experience.
Design & Prototyping
- Create task flows, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.
- Ensure consistency in visual language by adhering to design systems and utilizing reusable components.
Usability Testing
- Develop test plans, facilitate usability testing sessions, and document findings comprehensively.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and product goals to optimize usability.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product managers to define project requirements and scope UX deliverables.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding the design system to ensure consistency across products.
