About The Role
We are seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Gloify. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities. You should possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in designing for web and mobile platforms, demonstrating a solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual aesthetics. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is essential. A good grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability testing methodologies is expected. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary to present and justify design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members. A background in conducting user research, usability testing, and developing design systems will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and inform design improvements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components to streamline the design process.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and alignment with business goals.
