Job Description: UX Designer (12 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer with 12 years of hands-on experience in crafting intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to usability testing and final UI handoffwhile collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers.
If you enjoy solving real user problems, designing simple yet powerful flows, and iterating based on data and feedback, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and competitor audits.
- Translate research findings into insights, personas, customer journeys, and user needs.
- Identify usability issues and propose measurable improvements.
Design & Prototyping
- Create task flows, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
- Ensure consistency in visual language using design systems and reusable components.
Usability Testing
- Prepare test plans, run usability tests, and document findings.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, product goals, and technical constraints.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with product managers to define requirements and scope UX deliverables.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and developers.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding the design system.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 12 years of experience in UX or Product Design.
- Strong foundation in UX fundamentals: heuristics, IA, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro/FigJam, or similar.
- Ability to present and justify design decisions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic UI design understanding.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Ability to interpret analytics data using tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or UXtweak.
- Familiarity with agile workflows.
