We are seeking an creative UI/UX Designer to work with our clients that are some of the world's leading brands in a variety of industries including financial services and healthcare.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both UI and UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Scope of work:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that illustrate design concepts and solutions.
- Design high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with industry best practices and brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and learners.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques.
Must haves:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design skills and a process-oriented approach to design.
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
