Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer at SRV Media will be responsible for designing high-impact digital experiences across websites, landing pages, apps, dashboards, and campaign microsites. This role sits at the intersection of design, psychology, performance, and storytelling where user experience directly impacts business outcomes.

This is not a passive execution role. You will shape how brands feel, flow, and convert.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Execution

  • Design intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for:
  • Websites & landing pages
  • Mobile & web apps
  • Product dashboards & internal tools
  • Campaign microsites
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Ensure consistency across brand systems, typography, colors, and components

User Research & Experience Thinking

  • Translate business goals into user-centric experiences
  • Understand user behavior, pain points, and conversion psychology
  • Apply UX principles to improve usability, engagement, and retention

Performance-Driven Design

  • Design with conversion, clarity, and speed in mind
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize:
  • Landing page CRO
  • Funnels and user journeys
  • Use insights from analytics, heatmaps, and feedback loops

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with developers, performance marketers, content, and strategy teams
  • Hand off designs with clear specs, assets, and interaction logic
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and live performance data

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • UX principles, information architecture, and usability
  • Responsive and mobile-first design
  • Design systems and component libraries
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to think beyond visuals and into flows, behavior, and intent

Nice to Have (High Advantage)

  • Experience with CRO-focused landing pages
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory)
  • Experience working in digital agencies or performance teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility, design heuristics, and UX audits
  • Motion UI / micro-interactions experience
