User Experience Designer

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing user-centric, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include applying design thinking, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve usability. The designer will play a key role in shaping our digital solutions to align with user needs and business objectives.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking, User Experience (UX), and User Research to create intuitive and effective solutions.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Prototyping to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and effectively communicate design ideas and user insights.
• Familiarity with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Knowledge of interaction design and usability best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset with a user-first approach to design challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
