User Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences for job seekers and recruiters on the Duruper.com platform. You will be responsible for designing web and app screens, managing graphic design tasks, and developing a cohesive design system.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design the overall user experience for the platform and recruiter dashboard.
• Create web and app screens and components.
• Handle graphic design tasks, including advertisement banners.
• Develop and manage a design system.
• Participate in UX writing tasks as needed.
• Define design problems and develop solutions.
• Stay updated with design trends and collect design references.

Mandatory Requirements

• Less than 4 years in UX/UI design (including internships).
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile app design.
• Experience evolving designs from low-fidelity to high-fidelity.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a willingness to learn new features.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
