Job Description

• Collaborate with the team on the design process from concept exploration to implementation
• Use modern design tools and workflows, including emerging AI-assisted solutions, to speed up ideation and prototyping
• Translate both qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design decisions
• Execute on the product you design from start to finish
• Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around concepts
• Work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other UI/UX designers
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth design implementation
• Proven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features, with an openness to adaptive and personalized experiences
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in creating and managing design assets for multi-platform products
• Comfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including AI-based usability testing and research tools
• Ownership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables on time
• Strong structural design thinking skills
