The role

You'll shape how people experience products that change the trajectory of their careers. That means owning the full arc; research, flows, interfaces, prototypes and designing alongside AI rather than around it. You'll work directly with founders, ship fast, and see your decisions land in the real world.

You probably

• Move fluently from user insight to interface, and can defend why a screen looks the way it does
• Have strong instincts for typography, color, hierarchy, and restraint
• Design intuitive flows across platforms and prototype to think, not just to present
• Can illustrate: custom icons, infographics, visuals that make hard ideas legible
• Treat AI as a design material: you've used it in your process and have opinions about where it helps and where it gets in the way
• Know your way around Figma and the Adobe suite (motion/interaction design is a bonus)
