Senior User Experience Designer

This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives, from user research and problem definition to wireframing, prototyping, and final design solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
• Apply User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Interaction Design principles across product experiences.
• Design intuitive and responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, and reusable design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and case studies to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and recommendations.
• Incorporate analytics, user feedback, and usability findings to drive data-informed design decisions.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and UX best practices.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality designs within project timelines.
• Work with global stakeholders and international teams across different geographies and functions.
