Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

This role is part of the HR organization and a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. The position partners closely with the U.S. recruiting team to drive talent research, sourcing, candidate coordination, and recruiting operations.

Additionally, this role will independently lead hiring for high-volume roles across client services and technology, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Research, Market Intelligence & Sourcing

  • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for open roles (skills, locations, compensation trends, and target companies) using sourcing tools such as HireEz
  • Execute end-to-end sourcing for assigned roles, including outreach, initial screening alignment, and recruiter handoff
  • Build and maintain target company lists and sourcing strategies aligned to business needs

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and expectation setting with clear timelines
  • Coordinate reschedules, interview logistics, and preparation materials
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling challenges

Stakeholder Collaboration & Operations

  • Partner closely with U.S. recruiters and TA leadership, adhering to defined SLAs and priorities
  • Participate in regular recruiting reviews, sharing metrics, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR onboarding teams on background checks, pre-boarding readiness, and Day 1 handoffs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or talent acquisition operations
  • Strong expertise in research, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and dependencies
  • Experience working with U.S. or global stakeholders; and working on US hours.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including handling large datasets and reporting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows
  • Strong documentation practices and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
