Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced IT Technical Recruiters with 3–5 years of experience in US staffing, specializing in sourcing and placing candidates in a wide range of IT roles. This position requires strong sourcing expertise, an understanding of US work authorization requirements, and the ability to close technical roles quickly and effectively across various client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
• Understand job requirements and source matching candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, availability, and work authorization
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Submit qualified profiles to clients/MSPs and track progress via ATS or CRM tools
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client hiring needs

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and visa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, etc.)
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift IST)
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and applicant tracking systems
