About The Role
We are looking for a
high-performance US Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for
sales roles in the US market. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top sales talent through direct interactions.
This is not a coordination-based role — you will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based sales positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate communication, confidence, and sales ability
- Assess candidates on key sales traits such as persuasion, objection handling, and energy
- Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline through proactive outreach
- Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring high candidate engagement and show-up rates
- Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring process with speed and efficiency
- Track daily recruiting metrics including outreach, screenings, interviews, and closures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in US recruitment (sales hiring preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Strong experience in outbound sourcing and candidate engagement
- Ability to assess sales skills beyond resumes
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools
