Requirements
• B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
• 1-4 years of experience.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster
• Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
• Must have prior experience in FTE and W2 recruitment role
. Must have prior experience in working on ATS tools
• Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to Full Time W2, 1099 etc.
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
• Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.

• Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
• Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
