Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with managers to understand job requirements.
- Design and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates knowledge of technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, SAP, etc.).
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interview coordination, rate/salary negotiation (W2/C2C/1099), and offer extension.
- Take references and conduct due diligence checks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Act as a point of contact during the entire selection process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote the companies reputation as a best place to work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1- 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and worked with direct clients/ MSP.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
- Experience working with tax terms: W2 and C2C
- Knowledge of US visa categories.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Goal-oriented with multitasking and problem-solving skills.
