Job Summary

This is a remote internship position for a US Recruiter. The US Recruiter will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. Additional tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster & other US job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate with US stakeholders / hiring managers
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Maintain candidate data in ATS systems
• Ensure strong candidate experience and communication

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years in US staffing / recruitment
• Strong familiarity with US job portals and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of US hiring process & time zones
• Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
• Work from Office - Noida
