Role Description
The US Recruiter position at LMDmax Corp is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanganer. This role entails identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for last-mile delivery operations. Responsibilities include conducting candidate searches, facilitating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to align candidates to business needs, coordinate onboarding efforts, ensure database accuracy, and maintain up-to-date recruitment records.
Salary:- 18,000 - 30,000(In Hand)
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment skills, including identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates
- Experience with interviewing, onboarding, and managing a recruitment workflow
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and advanced search technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to dynamic environments
- Familiarity with HR operations and compliance standards (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
