We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to identify and attract top talent for our organization. Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
