Job SummaryWe're looking for an IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified technology professionals. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a strong pipeline of candidates for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, cloud specialists, and cybersecurity experts.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
- Source candidates using job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to offer negotiation)
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring strategies
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting for roles like software development, DevOps, or cloud engineering
- Knowledge of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Ability to source passive candidates
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments
