What This Role Looks Like

As a US IT Recruiter working from India, you'll play a crucial role in bridging skilled candidates with exciting opportunities in the US market. Your day-to-day will revolve around identifying great talent, guiding candidates through the hiring journey, and collaborating closely with clients to meet their unique needs. This role is ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates, building a robust talent pool.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements before shortlisting.
• Recruitment Analytics: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve overall efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for US IT roles, with a solid understanding of the US IT market and hiring practices. (1 year to 9 years experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, professional interactions with clients and candidates.
• Comfort with US CST working hours, maintaining consistent availability to align with the client's schedule.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to streamline the recruitment workflow.
