Key Responsibilities
This is a high-learning, performance-driven role designed to build a strong foundation in recruitment and consulting. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Talent Sourcing
- Candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.com
- Use keyword and Boolean search techniques to identify relevant profiles
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Candidate Engagement
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Understand candidate experience, skills, and expectations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
Coordination & Process Management
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records in trackers/ATS
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
Client Support
- Understand job requirements and role expectations
- Share relevant candidate profiles with internal stakeholders
- Align sourcing strategy based on feedback
