Requirements
B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
1-4 years of experience.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster
Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
Must have prior experience in FTE and W2 recruitment role
. Must have prior experience in working on ATS tools
Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to Full Time W2, 1099 etc.
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.
