Job Summary:
We are looking for a Freelance IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and/or US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.
This is a commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, Data, Cloud, etc.).
- Work on Domestic IT requirements and/or US IT Staffing requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and technical requirements.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and references for sourcing.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between client and candidate.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support.
- Work closely with BDM / Account Managers for requirement clarity.
For US IT Staffing (Additional Responsibilities):
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 models.
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Experience working with MSP/VMS portals (if applicable).
- Handling time zone coordination and night shift availability (if required).
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT recruitment (Domestic or US).
- Good understanding of technical skills and IT technologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and close positions.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
