Job Description

Job Title: Freelance IT Recruiter Domestic & US Staffing

Experience Required: 1 to 5+ Years

Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Freelance IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and/or US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.

This is a commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, Data, Cloud, etc.).
  • Work on Domestic IT requirements and/or US IT Staffing requirements.
  • Understand job descriptions and technical requirements.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and references for sourcing.
  • Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews between client and candidate.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support.
  • Work closely with BDM / Account Managers for requirement clarity.

For US IT Staffing (Additional Responsibilities):

  • Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 models.
  • Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS portals (if applicable).
  • Handling time zone coordination and night shift availability (if required).

Required Skills:

  • Experience in IT recruitment (Domestic or US).
  • Good understanding of technical skills and IT technologies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and close positions.
  • Target-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
