Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with a strong background

in Biotech/Pharma requirements. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in full-cycle

recruitment, sourcing top Biotech/Pharma talent, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfil

staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles focused on Biotech/Pharma requirements.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring best practices.

Facilitate interview processes and negotiate job offers effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with a specialization in Biotech/Pharma requirements.

Proven experience in Biotech/Pharma requirements

Proven track record of successfully placing W2 candidates in Non IT roles.

Strong knowledge of Biotech/Pharma skills, IT job roles, and industry hiring trends.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.

Extensive experience working within the United States job market.
