US Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for US non-IT roles (Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Admin, Operations, Engineering, Clerical, Light Industrial.)
• Use job portals, social media, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Assess candidate fit based on job requirements, availability, and compensation
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or internal trackers
• Follow up with candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in US shifts (night shift)
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in US staffing / non-IT recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
• Experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment
• Basic knowledge of ATS tools
