Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 35 Years

Location: Koti (Hyderabad)

Work Type: Full-Time / Night Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various non-technical domains such as healthcare, finance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and administrative roles for US-based clients. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies to identify and onboard top talent that aligns with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple non-IT roles across diverse industries in the US market.
  • Source and identify candidates through job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Negotiate salary rates with candidates and close roles within stipulated timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal hiring teams and external clients.
  • Stay updated on US recruitment trends, compliance regulations, and visa/work authorization rules (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of progressive experience in US recruitment (non-IT domains preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, and market demands.
  • Experience handling W2, 1099, and C2C employment types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using job boards, social media recruiting, and ATS platforms.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work US shift hours (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience recruiting for industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or retail.
  • Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill roles within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
