About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US staffing across all non-IT industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Administrative, Customer Support, and Professional Services.
This position requires hands-on experience in the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple non-IT domains.
- Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Work with direct clients and VMS/MSP accounts to deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
- Negotiate pay rates, prepare candidate submissions, and schedule client interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and long-term relationship building.
- Work in alignment with account managers, delivery leads, and client needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 48 years in US Staffing (Non-IT recruitment) across diverse industries.
- Proven ability to work on requirements from Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, and other professional services.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Proficiency in using job portals, ATS tools, and VMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively.
- Flexibility to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
Good to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare and engineering staffing in the US market.
- Existing candidate/vendor relationships in non-IT domains.
- Team mentoring/leadership exposure (for senior profiles).
