Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a non-IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling non-technical positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
