US IT Recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years in US IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify top IT talent from LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process using ATS platforms like Oorwin, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with US clients.
- Advise on US visa processes (H1B, OPT, L1, etc.) and relevant tax terms (W2, 1099, etc.).
- Build talent pipelines and ensure compliance with US hiring regulations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of US visas and tax terminology.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Oorwin, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.).
- Proven expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with IT roles (software developers, DevOps, data engineers, etc.).
