About Position

We are looking for a dynamic and result‑driven IT Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

What You'll Do

End‑to‑End Recruitment:

  • Manage full life‑cycle recruitment for IT/Technical roles
  • Understand technical skill requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct passive candidate sourcing and market mapping

Screening & Selection

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical fit discussions
  • Coordinate technical interviews with stakeholders
  • Ensure high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and hiring feasibility feedback

Offer Management & Joining

  • Manage offer roll‑out, negotiation, and candidate engagement till joining
  • Handle documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS updates
  • Ensure adherence to hiring policies, processes, and compliance standards
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, and sourcing effectiveness

Expertise You'll Bring

  • 3 Years & above Experience in IT/Technical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
