Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and performance-driven US IT Recruiters (2–5 years) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract and full-time roles across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Deliver high-quality candidate profiles within strict timelines
• Conduct initial candidate screening, technical fit assessment, and interview coordination
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple technologies
• Negotiate pay rates and manage offers, onboarding, and post-placement follow-ups
• Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate records, and update the ATS regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple requirements independently and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and candidate management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Consistent track record of successful placements
• Experience working with direct clients and/or prime vendors
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar systems
