Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for critical requirements
- Coordinate directly with US clients and hiring managers
- Ensure quality submissions and quick closures
- Drive team performance, productivity, and hiring success
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment and US tax terms.
- Proven team leadership and delivery experience
- Expertise in ATS, Job Boards, Internal Database & Social Media sourcing
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Java/.NET, ERP, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
