Responsibilities

• Handle US IT recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates and share suitable profiles with clients.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• For Bench Sales, market consultants to vendors and clients.
• Generate interview calls and help consultants get placed.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and clients.
• Meet daily and monthly targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of US work authorization and time zones.
• Good sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
