US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for US-based clients and implementation partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on IT requirements received from direct clients and implementation partners
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, and communication
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Maintain daily reports and update ATS/CRM regularly
• Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with vendors/clients

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
• Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment lifecycle
