Role Overview: Seeking a hands-on Sr. US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles in India. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients, with a focus on sourcing niche talent and ensuring efficient hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand US-based hiring requirements and priorities
  • Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit aligned with US client expectations
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and manage feedback cycles to ensure quick turnaround
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline tracking in ATS/CRM systems
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche and high-demand IT skills
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Handle offer discussions including compensation, work authorization, and joining timelines
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR and compliance teams

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices
  • Experience hiring for IT roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other US job portals
  • Good understanding of work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
