About the Role
@VLink is looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, sourcing techniques, tax terms, visa types, and client/vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate should have End to End recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates based on technical requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures of open positions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle.
- Should have strong working experience with Tax terms
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn RPS etc.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
- Should have stable employment history and excellent comms.
