US IT Recruiter

About the Role

Veridic Solutions is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience working with Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for W2 and C2C requirements across a wide range of IT technologies while delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for W2 and C2C requirements.
• Work extensively with Implementation Partners such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Accenture, and others.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Utilize job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and implementation partners.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience working with Implementation Partners.
• Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring models.
• Experience recruiting for various IT technologies and skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
• Knowledge of the US IT staffing market and recruitment lifecycle.
