US IT Recruiter

We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment
• Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through onboarding
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle
• Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
• Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types
• Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
