We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter Location: Noida, India (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities We're looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida.

What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and engage IT professionals for US-based clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Leverage job portals, social media, and networking platforms to build a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to source and close candidates within tight timelines
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
