We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market, with a strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for various roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for IT positions in the US market
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract talent
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the US market
- Experience on working with portals
- Experience on working with State clients
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
- Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of US recruitment laws and regulations
