We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market. Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
