Job Title: US IT / NON IT Recruiter

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Shift: EST

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Only

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced a US IT / NON IT Recruiter with over 5 years of proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa classifications, and tax terms, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills and amazing vendor contacts. Candidate will have to handle things themselves as an individual contributor.

NOTE :Candidates with W2 hiring experience and their own database will be great fit. ONLY apply if you have proven W2 hiring experience. Strictly On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers, vendors, and direct clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates within client budget and timelines.
  • Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for repeat business and future opportunities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
  • Stay updated with US immigration laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and IT industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success as an US IT / NON IT Recruiter.
  • Candidate should be heavily involved in W2 hiring especially hiring USCs, GCs and H1Bs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience working directly with implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, and direct clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN).
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated ability to fill niche IT or NON IT roles in emerging technologies.
  • Track record of consistent high-volume placements.
