Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruiting for IT requirements from US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and Career Builder.
Demonstrate hands-on experience recruiting for international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Middle East.
Proficiently handle different tax terms for the US market (Corp-Corp/W2/1099).
Manage requirements for various visa holders, including U.S. Citizens, GC, EAD, TN, and H1B candidates.
Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Job Diva, SAP Success Factor, Zoho) and Resume Screening Tools.
Conduct phone interviews to assess applicant's relevant knowledge, technical & soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Engage in Social Media Recruiting and Database Management.
Manage Stakeholder relationships effectively.
