Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate - US Recruitment
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the US hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Sourcing, Screening , identifying, connecting with, and engaging top-talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, with the ability to convert them into successful hires for North America.
Should be willing to work in the EST time zone (US Shift).
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in Talent acquisition process with a focus on US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate qualification, and talent assessment.
- Support recruitment efforts for mid-level and senior-level roles across various technologies.
- Collaborate with Leads/Managers to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn and other Job boards to source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with active and passive candidates to generate interest in open roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules, and support the facilitation of assessments.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing weekly recruitment updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
