Experience: Minimum 1+ Year in US Recruitment

Joining: Immediate or within 10-15 Days

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate

Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Screen resumes and conduct interviews.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.

Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT or Non-IT Recruitment.

Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
