Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working with direct clients, implementation partners, or managed service providers (MSPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Screen candidates technically and validate work authorization (USC, GC, H1B,EAD etc.).
- Negotiate compensation rates and finalize offers.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and track submissions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche skills.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and client-specific requirements.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with ATS systems.
- Excellent knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Good understanding of visa classifications and work authorization.
