About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our US IT Bench Sales Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the high-growth US staffing industry. Selected candidates will receive complete training and hands-on exposure to US IT recruitment, bench sales operations, and client coordination.

Shift Timing: 6:15 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to US clients, vendors, and implementation partners
• Coordinate with US vendors and clients for requirements and submissions
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Support end-to-end placement and documentation process
• Maintain daily activity reports and update internal records
• Build strong communication with sales and recruitment teams

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Strong interest in US IT staffing and recruitment
