Role Overview

SPADTEK Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ATS, and other job portals.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, location, and compensation.
• Conduct initial recruiter/HR screening calls.
• Verify candidate work authorization and employment details.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Submit qualified profiles within the required TAT.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission, interview, and hiring targets.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong experience handling W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Good understanding of the complete US IT Staffing lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC-EAD, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong Boolean Search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced US Staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technical job requirements.
