Job Description
Role: US IT Recruiter – SI Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 Years (only midlevel)
Timings: 6:30 PM-03:30 AM (IST)
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US System Integrator (SI) accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely interview scheduling and closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to meet hiring targets.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with previous experience at Capgemini, Randstad, DISYS, Mphasis, Wipro, or similar organizations are preferred.
