Role:Jr. US IT Recruiter

• Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India (On-site)
• Experience: 0–2 Months (Freshers or candidates with early experience in US staffing)
• Shift: Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
• Industry: US IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Learn and manage the complete hiring lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Source active and passive candidates using professional networking platforms, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice), and our internal database.
• Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication style, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Qualification: Discuss job details, work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD), employment types (W2, C2C), salary/pay rates, and availability.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing timely interview preparation, feedback, and regular follow-ups.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain daily logs and recruitment reports to track submissions, interview schedules, and client closures using MS Excel and our ATS.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience:0 to 6 months of experience in US IT Staffing recruitment, OR a strong passion, drive, and aptitude to kickstart a career in international recruitment.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in US night shifts (IST).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and eager to learn professional recruitment portals.
